Specializedstainless.com is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. Specializedstainless.com will not sell trade or rent your personal information to others. As you proceed to checkout, notice the web page address beginning with "https" instead of "http". Also keep an eye on the bottom right of your web browser and notice the lock. This means the page you are viewing was encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet and your information is kept safe.

Return Policy
You must email us before returning any item to obtain an return authorization number and let us know why you're requesting a return. No returns are accepted without a valid RA#. We will not accept any returns after 7 days of delivery. All items returned must be in unused condition, still have the protective PVC layer and in the original packaging. Used, opened, customized, etched, powder coated or prepped parts are non-returnable. Leather Kits and/or material, glue, instructions, etc. are non-returnable. Under hood mirror kits are non-returnable. Gauge decals are non-returnable. Package and insure all items for their full value. Damaged or lost items cannot be exchanged or refunded. You are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is being returned due to defect or an error on our part in completing your order. Parts being returned on a non-exchange basis are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

International Orders
International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties, and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. You may also be subject to a surcharge by the courier for the handling of your order through customs and or for addresses outside of their standard delivery area. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our products or shipping and handling fees. Yoast Fabrication is not responsible for non-delivery of items once it has left our facilities. All shipping charges & fee's are non-refundable. Orders placed from anywhere other than the US and Canada may only be paid for by Cashiers Check. This includes third party shipping services. Please send all checks in USD currency or there will be a 4 - 6 week wait time and a processing fee. Cashier's Checks are preferred. Orders will not ship until the full payment has cleared. Shipping & Processing Time

Most of our products are in stock ready to ship but can sometimes take 3-4 weeks if an item is back ordered. If you need an accurate shipping date please contact us before you place your order. All normal orders ship USPS Priority 2-3 day insured. If your order arrives in damaged condition you will need to keep the original box & packaging to file a claim with USPS. If your package is lost during transit, USPS requires us to wait 21 days after the original shipping date to file a claim. Please contact us to start the insurance claim process. Free shipping offers are uninsured & ship via USPS First Class Mail. You will get an email with tracking info once your order ships. We will do everything in our power to get your order out ASAP. We also understand some customers need their order by a specific date and time for a car show or other event. For this reason, we offer an expedited service at 20% of the total order (call for details). We can also ship via USPS Express 1 day for an additional cost.

Warranty

Specialized Stainless brand stainless steel covers are guaranteed to the original owner to never rust, flake, or peel for the life of the product. All RCC Rotors come with a 120 day warranty against cracking only. All name-brand products come with their respected warranty. We are the authorized dealer or we deal with the authorized dealer(s) for all name-brand products. Yoast Fabrication is not liable for any defective installation preformed by the customer or 3rd party thus causing product failure. Please use the product as intended, not doing so will void the warranty.

Disclaimer
By purchasing equipment, accessories, and/or services from Yoast Fabrication the purchaser agrees that Yoast Fabrication and its affiliates cannot be held liable for any claim, action, damage, or demand arising out of buyer’s installation and/or use of products purchased from Yoast Fabrication. Yoast Fabrication products are subject to varied condition due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold or manufactured by Yoast Fabrication for a particular application is solely the purchaser’s decision. The right to make changes in design or add to or improve on their product without incurring any obligation to install the same on products previously manufactured is expressly reserved. It is expressly understood and agreed that under no circumstances shall Yoast Fabrication be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the purchaser’s use of any product sold by Yoast Fabrication. The purchaser acknowledges that it understands any hazards involved in both the proper and the improper use of said products. It is further mutually understood that insofar as Yoast Fabrication has no reason to know the purpose for which the purchaser intends to use the equipment supplied, we can make no guarantee that such is fit for any particular purpose, or that the purchaser’s intended use is free from hazard.
